A Human Rights and Ecological Project Through the involvement and support of local and exiled communities, human rights and ecological groups, ecomemoria plants trees for victims of the Chilean military dictatorship all over the world. By a creating a ‘virtual forest’ across the globe, we aim to create awareness and provide a ‘living memorial’, a platform and voice for those who still seek justice for their loved ones.

ecomemoria and Memoria Viva are central to the work of the Human Rights International Project – London, HRIP, an organisation that works against human rights violations and towards an end to impunity in Chile.

Un Proyecto de Derechos Humanos y Ecología
A traves de la participacion y apoyo de comunidades locales y en el exilio y grupos de derechos humanos y ecologicos, ecomemoria planta arboles a treves del mundo por las victimas de la dictadura militar chilena. Al crear un "bosque virtual" alrededor del planeta, nos enfocamos a dar a conocer y proveer un "memorial vivo", una plataforma y voz para aquellos que aun buscan justicia para sus seres queridos. ecomemoria culminara en un bosque nativo en Chile, con un arbol para cada victima.
